Returns or exchanges are accepted with sales receipt within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be in its original condition/packaging, and with the tags still attached. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. Sale items, and accessories are final sales.

Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item. All returns must be sent, via a traceable and prepaid method to:

Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase once we have received the merchandise back. Please allow one billing cycle from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited.

Please be aware refunds must be made to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. In the absence of the original credit card, a store credit will be issued. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that was damaged, visit our website and choose "Return an Item." At that time, you can tell us if you want a refund or replacement. If you feel your item was damaged due to poor packaging, please let us know by submitting feedback about the packaging.

Wrong Items

If you receive a wrong item, please contact us.

If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our website to request a replacement.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, visit our website to return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like to purchase.
